About the event

COVID has created a NEW NORMAL. Consumers have turned digital. Certain trends like online shopping and online groceries were already becoming more common but now new services like online classes or online exercise classes have become a norm.

In this digital era, companies have evolved to meet the rising demands of digital customers. Many entry level marketing roles are actually demanding more from fresh graduates and their interns. They expect students to have minimum 2 years of marketing experience.

In 2021, one of the top marketing skills companies are looking for is CONTENT CREATION.

Do you have content creation skills? Are you able to test the quality of your content? How can you position yourself ahead of of the pack?

About our Speaker

After migrating to Australia 15 years ago, Theresa has connected with countless students (both local and international) through her role as a lecturer and tutor. It was during this time that she learnt about international students who struggled to break into the industry due to their lack of local experience. Despite their wishes to stay in Australia, many were forced to return due to their lack of experience and inability to get a long-term visa/Permanent Residence. This image combined with her passion of teaching led to the creation of MARKCubator in early 2020. Since then, Theresa has organized networking events (both online and offline) as well as taken students and graduates under her wing. Backed with 25+ years of international marketing experience, and supported by the MARKCubator team and her amazing interns, she continues to provide opportunities and mentorship to students searching for platforms to better themselves.
